Shipping
Please understand that all shipments of alcohol require the signature of an adult with the proper identification in the destination location. As such, we recommend that you provide a daytime delivery address where an you or another adult who can act on your behalf will be available to receive your shipment. For this reason, shipments cannot be made to post office boxes.
Wine is perishable and can be damaged by heat or cold in transit. We work hard to make sure shipments arrive in good condition and at our discretion may hold your shipment until conditions are more favorable.
We prefer to ship in 3, 6, and 12 bottle increments. You will be charged according to those increments.
While it is not required, as we do ship from Oregon we do recommend limiting your wine’s exposure during shipping to two or three days. If you are shipping to the East Coast, we ask you to carefully consider expedited shipping.
Regardless of your carrier and ship time, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Sales Tax
All applicable sales taxes will be charged when you place your order.
Unable to Ship
We can only ship within the United States, to certain states and within the guidelines each state dictates. It is a lot harder than it should be, but it isn’t our fault!
At present, we are able to ship to many but not all states. To determine if we can ship to you, simply use the shipping calculator in the shopping cart or during checkout, or consult the list below.
We can currently ship to: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia (on-site sales), Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma (on-site sales), Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
If your state is not listed please contact the winery, [email protected], to discuss options.
Shipping Carrier
We primarily use FedEx for shipping wine, because of preferred rates. If you need to use an alternate carrier we can make arrangements.
Returns
As our wine is perishable, we do not accept returns.
If the wine was damaged in shipping or did not arrive at all, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will endeavor to make things right as much as we are able.
In the case of shipping damage, please document the state of the packaging with photographs, as those images will assist in handling your claim, often conducted with the shipping carrier.
