Winemaker Tasting Notes
Made with 100% whole cluster Pinot Noir. Aromas of earthy black cherry, cedar, blueberry compote, anise, allspice and barrel spice. The palate is rich and complex, with boysenberry syrup, dark plum, tarragon, black olive and dried flowers, with amazing length and palate presence.

Enjoy
Tendril wines are made “low and slow,” just like great food: we give them time to reach their full potential at the winery, aging 16 months minimum in barrel and 6-18 months more in bottle before release. If you prefer aging, 3-15 years from vintage date is ideal for C-Note. Serve at 58-62F.
Pairings
Aged manchego cheese, dry aged New York strip steak, venison stew.
