Winemaker Tasting Notes
Made with 100% whole-cluster Pinot Noir, this wine offers aromas of black cherry, plum, licorice, boysenberry syrup, and a faint hint of rosemary. The palate is rich and complex with notes of dark cherry and black raspberry. This is a very textural wine with an extraordinarily persistent finish.

Enjoy
Tendril wines are made “low and slow,” just like great food: we give them time to reach their full potential at the winery, aging 16 months minimum in barrel and 6-18 months more in bottle before release. If you prefer aging, 3-15 years from vintage date is ideal for C-Note. Serve at 58-62F.
Pairings
Aged manchego cheese, dry aged New York strip steak, venison stew.
