Tasting Notes
Sourced from the Octave Vineyard on the Oregon side of Walla Walla Valley, our Cabernet Sauvignon possesses aromas of boysenberry, black cherry, cedar, and vanilla. The palate displays flavors of cassis, black cherry, cocoa powder, and dried blueberry with great body and ample tannins. We blend over 20% Cabernet Franc which provides a fruity, fleshier component to complement the Cabernet Sauvignon.
