Tasting Notes
This surprising rosé uses extended skin contact to produce a full bodied, richly textured, dry rosé that is extraordinarily food- friendly. Beautiful bouquet of raspberry, fruit compote and cotton candy. The palette is dry with notes of raspberry, peach, melon and a hint of rosemary.

Grilled fish, Niçoise salad, chicken salad sandwich, couscous, grilled cauliflower, Camembert.
